The methods of designing citizen journalism on the internet : A comparative Analytical study of selected Arabic and international citizen journalism

This study aims to identify methods of designing citizen journalism sites on the internet.by using survey methodology through the application of Shape Analysis form on intentional sample of Arabic and international citizen journalism (Globalvoices, al-mowaten , ahlan , Digital journal and Newsvine) .The study reached to number of results such as Citizen journalism sites under study are characterized by using longitudinal extensions style in the front page , Most of citizen journalism sites used the method of electronic units in producing their pages .Key words:New media, citizen journalism , web design
