نبذة مختصرة : The paper aims to understand whether the measures contained in the strategic plan “Superilla Barcelona” can achieve an improvement of the former industrial neighbourhood of Poblenou in Barcelona (Spain) under the paradigm of the post-Covid-19 city. According to this purpose, this work carries out a report on the transformations planned by this document and their qualitative evaluation through four indicators for each of the axes of the post-pandemic city provided by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), i.e. inclusive cities, green cities and good urban governance. This paper aims to demonstrate that Barcelona City Council has changed its approach to the urban regeneration process in Poblenou, although these changes derive from actions planned before the pandemic. The outbreak of the pandemic has been a powerful catalyst for reinventing the way of doing the city towards a greater social inclusion, so that people can cycle on bike lanes that did not exist before, with new public spaces where they can experience new forms of aggregation and transformation of the urban environment to be healthier. ; El objetivo del artículo es entender si las medidas contenidas en el plan estratégico “Superilla Barcelona” pueden alcanzar una mejora del antiguo barrio industrial del Poblenou en Barcelona (España) bajo el paradigma de la ciudad post-Covid-19. Para ello, se ha realizado un informe sobre las transformaciones planeadas por dicho plan y su evaluación cualitativa a través de cuatro indicadores para cada uno de los ejes de la ciudad post-pandémica proporcionados por la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico (OCDE), es decir, ciudades inclusivas, ciudades verdes y buena gobernanza urbana.
