نبذة مختصرة : The Standard model of particle physics is extraordinarily successful for quantitative description of almost all properties and interaction of quarks and leptons, which are currently considered as fundamental constituents of matter. This article reviews two recent measurements, which indicate possible phenomena beyond the Standard model, i.e. the anomalous magnetic moment of muons and rare decay of positively charged mesons containing quark b, which might have the same origin of existence as a new kind of particle called leptoquarks.
