      In this article, the authors have revealed their problems in determining the level of competition among banks. In addition, analyzed the large disappointments in the creation of small competition, on the contrary, to increase the risk in banks to have strong competition. The article offers a paradigm to determine the most optimal position of the competition on the basis of the model too-big-to-fail (TBTF).
