نبذة مختصرة : This thesis investigated the role of goal-directed therapeutic exercise in enhancing the quality of survivorship in paediatric survivors of posterior fossa brain tumours. Goal-directed therapeutic exercise appears to be a safe and feasible approach to exercise therapy, and reported excellent participant satisfaction. The results demonstrated that goal-directed exercise is likely effective at improving cardiorespiratory fitness and goal attainment for survivors who underwent chemotherapy and radiation therapy. This research addressed the significant knowledge gap in the application of a goal-directed approach to therapeutic exercise in childhood cancer survivors.
