      Artigo (especialização) - Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, Centro de Tecnologia, Curso de Especialização em Mídias na Educação, EaD, RS, 2012. ; This study aimed to analyze the potential of hypertext available on the internet as a resource of teaching and learning in the discipline of Contemporary Brazilian Literature to be applied in the classroom. Thus, some digital textual genres that are emerging on websites were studied in order to portray the new forms of reading and textual interpretation from these technologies, as well as their contributions to the teaching and learning of Literature. In this sense, it was considered the new context that emerged with the technological growth and advances that favor the interaction of students with digital media, becoming the pedagogical task more challenging. So, some hypertexts related to Contemporary Brazilian Literature were selected, such as Tropicalism, Concrete Poetry and Micro Tales, that are school subjects to be implemented in the third year of high school. After that, some strategies were presented to work with such hypertexts in this educational level for the purpose of provide subsidies that enhance, in this target audience, the development of reading and textual comprehension. ; O presente trabalho visou analisar o potencial do hipertexto disponível na internet, como um recurso de ensino-aprendizagem da disciplina de Literatura Brasileira Contemporânea, a ser aplicado em sala de aula. Foram estudados alguns gêneros textuais digitais que estão emergindo em websites, a fim de retratar as novas formas de leitura e interpretação textual provenientes dessas tecnologias, bem como suas contribuições para o processo ensino-aprendizagem de Literatura. Nesse sentido, levou-se em consideração o novo contexto que surgiu com o crescimento e o avanço tecnológico, que favorecem a interatividade de alunos com o meio digital, tornando a tarefa pedagógica mais desafiadora.
