    • نبذة مختصرة :
In a conversation with Christopher Witulski, Michael Ibrahim explores the ways in which Arab American identity can be both salient and irrelevant. He reflects on his memories following September 11, 2001 and the shifting politicizations of Arabness in America. The discussion follows these themes as they inform his move from Western classical music traditions toward Arab music, culminating in his current role as the founding musical director of the National Arab Orchestra.
