      It is highlighted in the article the essence and functional components of the spiritual dominant element of the individual in the sphere of the future teacher of musical art training. It is highlighted the synthesis of philosophy and pedagogy of musical education, its role in the musical and pedagogical reality‟s transformation. It is marked the category «artistic relation» as an integrative element of the content of the professional training of the musical art teacher. It is revealed the conceptual content of the formation of the spiritual paradigm of the music teacher formation. There are substantiated the forms and methods of process organization of spirituality of the student youth formation. There are shown the value priorities of the spiritual dominant of music education in the context of a personally oriented paradigm. There are determined the stages of realization of the system of the spiritual content of the music teacher formation. It orients students for the humanistic conception of the profession, preservation an d development of the nation‟s intellectual potential in the context of universal values. It is concluded that due to the integration of methodological knowledge there is not a simple «stratification» of information. There is the need for a comprehensive understanding of the deep changes in the spiritual sphere of society. The changes include the qualitative changes characterist ic in the hierarchy of values of the national musical culture. According to the article‟s author opinion, it is significant that people are in their spiritual unity.
