THE HISTORICAL PATH OF HIGH SCHOOL IN BRAZIL: FROM THE LAW OF DIRECTIVES AND BASES TO THE NATIONAL CURRICULAR COMMON BASE ; EL CAMINO HISTÓRICO DE LA ENSEÑANZA MEDIA EN BRASIL: DE LA LEY DE DIRECTRICES Y BASES A LA BASE NACIONAL CURRICULAR COMÚN ; O PERCURSO HISTÓRICO DO ENSINO MÉDIO NO BRASIL: DA LEI DE DIRETRIZES E BASES À BASE NACIONAL COMUM CURRICULAR

This article aims to discuss educational reforms in basic education, with emphasis on the historical course of High School in Brazil. For this, a rescue of the origins that constituted this stage of teaching is made, investigating the main guiding documents that were gradually implemented, as well as the consequences of these in the context of Education. Among them, we highlight, in particular, the Laws of Guidelines and Bases (BRASIL, 1961, 1971, 1996), the National Curriculum Guidelines (BRASIL, 1998b), the National Curriculum Parameters (BRASIL, 2000) and the National Curricular Common Base (BRASIL, 2018). The results point to the existence of a duality in basic education, with inequalities prevailing in training principles. Furthermore, with the flexibility of the curriculum, made possible by the National Curricular Common Base, it is believed that the New High School will allow the student to have an integral formation, directed to the area of his/her interest, being necessary attention to the continuing education of teachers. ; Este artículo tiene como objetivo discutir las reformas educativas en la educación básica, con énfasis en el curso histórico de la Enseñanza Media en Brasil. Para eso, se hace un rescate de los orígenes que constituyeron esta etapa de la enseñanza, indagando en los principales documentos rectores que paulatinamente se fueron implementando, así como las consecuencias de estos en el contexto de la Educación. Entre ellos se destacan las Leyes de Directrices y Bases (BRASIL, 1961, 1971, 1996), las Directrices Curriculares Nacionales (BRASIL, 1998b), los Parámetros Curriculares Nacionales (BRASIL, 2000) y la Base Nacional Curricular Común (BRASIL, 2018). Los resultados apuntan a la existencia de una dualidad en la educación básica, prevaleciendo desigualdades en los principios formativos.
