The work examines the transformation of the global labor market in conditions of digitalization. An analysis of the dynamics of digitalization and its impact on employment was carried out. The model of the digitalization influence on the trends of the national labor market is calculated. The prospects for the development of the digitized labor market in Ukraine have been determined. ; У роботі досліджено трансформацію світового ринку праці в умовах диджиталізації. Проведено аналіз динаміки диджиталізації та її вплив на зайнятість. Розраховано модель впливу диджиталізації на тенденції національного ринку праці. Визначено перспективи розвитку диджиталізованого ринку праці в Україні.
