      Participant 35 discusses their experiences with various food pantries in Stillwater since 2012 their current experience at the Our Daily Bread food resource center. They describe the friendly environment and people with the only inconvenience being expiration dates on perishable products. They also share suggestions on the benefits of offering nutrition and cooking classes at Our Daily Bread. Participant 35 opens up about their financial difficulties despite them and their spouse working full time jobs and emphasizes the importance of budgeting. They recall their childhood in a large family with a strong mother and the importance of African American culture and food in their family and personal life. ; The Building a Bigger Table collection is a series of interviews with three distinct groups of individuals on the development of a Stillwater, OK Food Resource Center (FRC). This interview is part of Group 3, which includes interviews with community members living with food insecurity who have used the new FRC to access food and focus on exploring the operational strategies and practices of the new initiative.
