These are: bits, couplings, shanks and extension bars. The market is characterized by customer dissatisfaction, failing to find a provider that meets the customers requirements immediately. Besides generating a large informal market, one of its weaknesses is marketing for contraband illegal imports. There are also large manufacturers that on one hand, plan their work and projects, and plan their demand for a while considering the purchase of materials, which in some cases, exceeds the limit and even paralyze the works in their entirety. According to this approach, we propose an alternative business that meets the needs of the customers, not only with the delivery of the products, but with a unique added value in the market, which is the incursion of import activities, creating strategic alliances with service providers of international transport, and also international strategic alliances – joint ventures with foreign suppliers. With this, we will achieve a far lower delivery time than expected, and so keep more in stock, products tested according to their annual consumption and projected activities and projects of the main consumers.
