نبذة مختصرة : The approval of separate resolutions for Initial and Continuing Education were the result of a discursive process that took place between government bodies and other actors, however, the transformations that occurred in the summaries of official documents give clues about the characteristics of a proposed teaching professionalism, discursively analyzed with contributions of Maingueneau, Ball, Laval, Contreras, Tardif and Lessard. The presence, maintenance, deletion (definitive or temporary) or absence of the themes of the titles of the abstracts give us some indications identified as: adherence to the discourses of transnational organizations such as the OECD and UNESCO, incorporated by national bodies (MEC and CNE). The following were also identified: the presence of the pedagogy of competencies, which bring the school dynamics closer to the notion of management and the long life learning motto. It is also possible to identify strong indications of deregulation and the complete absence of any mention of teacher or career valuation policies. ; La aprobación de resoluciones separadas para Educación Inicial y Continua fueron el resultado de un proceso discursivo que se dio entre instancias de gobierno y otros actores, sin embargo, las transformaciones ocurridas en los resúmenes de documentos oficiales dan pistas sobre las características de una propuesta de profesionalización docente, discursivamente analizado con aportes teórico-metodológicos de los estudios de Maingueneau, Ball, Laval, Contreras, Tardif y Lessard. La presencia, mantenimiento, supresión (definitiva o temporal) o ausencia de los temas de los títulos de los resúmenes nos dan algunos indicios identificados como: adhesión a los discursos de organismos transnacionales como la OCDE y la Unesco, incorporados por organismos nacionales ( MEC y CNE). También se identificaron: la presencia de la pedagogía de las competencias, que acercan la dinámica escolar a la noción de gestión y al lema de aprendizaje a largo plazo.
