      Za hotel smješten na Jadranu projektiran je sustav grijanja i hlađenja dizalicom topline voda-voda. Kao izvor/ponor topline koristi se morska voda. Osim grijanja i hlađenja hotela, dizalica topline također pokriva sve potrebe hotela za potrošnom toplom vodom. U prvome dijelu rada proveden je proračun toplinskog opterećenja prema normi HRN EN 12831 i proračun rashladnog opterećenja prema smjernicama VDI 2078. Zatim slijedi proračun godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje i hlađenje hotela prema Algoritmu HRN EN ISO 13790 i dimenzioniranje komponenti sustava. Dimenzioniranje komponenti sustava obuhvaća proračun svih izmjenjivača topline, akumulacijskih spremnika, cjevovoda i cirkulacijske potopne pumpe. Nakon odabira komponenti iz kataloga raznih proizvođača slijedi energijska analiza odabrane dizalice topline koja ima mogućnost rada u više različitih režima. Također, razmotrena je mogućnost primjene pasivnog hlađenja i proveden je proračun dodatnog izmjenjivača topline kako bi se ovakav način rada sustava mogao detaljnije analizirati. ; This thesis covers the design of water to water heat pump system for heating and cooling purposes of a hotel located at the Adriatic coast. Sea water is used as a heat source/sink. The heat pump also covers all needs for domestic hot water. In the first part, the calculation of thermal load according to HRN EN 12831 and the calculation of cooling load according to VDI 2078 guidelines is carried out. In the second part the annual required thermal energy for heating and cooling of the hotel is calculated according to the Algorithm HRN EN 13790 and then follows the sizing of system components. The sizing of the system components includes the calculation of all heat exchangers, storage tanks, pipelines and submersible circulation pump. Energy analysis for heating, cooling, and free cooling is carried out in the last part of the paper. For free cooling additional heat exchanger is dimensioned which enables better analysis for the described system.
