This study analyzed the current regulations governing the operation and curricular organization for the educational training of students in Alternative Basic Education Centers (CEBA) and found that the curricular organization and operation of the Advanced Cycle of Alternative Basic Education does not contribute to the achievement of competencies, the comprehensive training of students, or the quality of education; Likewise, the pedagogical management of the Advanced Cycle of the CEBAs does not emphasize labor preparation, since the area of Education for Work is generally developed in theory, not in practice, given that the CEBAs do not have classrooms for pedagogical innovation; or if it is the case, with workshops for electricity, dressmaking, cosmetology, cabinetmaking, plumbing, carpentry, gasfitting, etc. , Therefore, the provisions of Article 37 of the General Education Law No. 28044 are not complied with. On the other hand, it has been determined that the CEBAs do not grant a diploma of graduation with a mention in a technical area in accordance with Article 35 of the aforementioned law, nor do they provide attention to children and adolescents under 14 years of age. ; En el presente trabajo se analizó la normatividad vigente que rige el funcionamiento y la organización curricular para la formación educativa de los estudiantes de los Centros de Educación Básica Alternativa (CEBA) habiéndose detectado que la organización curricular y funcionamiento del Ciclo Avanzado de Educación Básica Alternativa no coadyuva en el logro de las competencias, en la formación integral de los estudiantes, ni en la calidad educativa; asimismo que la gestión pedagógica del Ciclo Avanzado de los CEBA no enfatiza la preparación laboral, siendo que el área de Educación para el Trabajo se desarrolla por lo general en teoría, no en la práctica, dado que los CEBA no cuentan con aulas de innovación pedagógica; o de ser el caso, con talleres de electricidad, corte y confección, cosmetología, ebanistería, plomería, carpintería, ...
