نبذة مختصرة : It’s not an easy conquest to look at yourself and to recognize in you someone who is the protagonist of your own history. The relations of oppression between the margins and the centers, symbolic and territorial, reflect the logic of colonization that has survived over the centuries, the coloniality. In this paper, we reflect on the potential of communication in a social emancipation movement, based on productions financed by the Aldir Blanc Cultural Emergency Law, during the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to do so, we analyze, from the perspective of decolonial and emerging theories of the global south, cultural products that represent some of the social segments historically affected by coloniality: indigenous populations, black people and the LGBTQIA+ community. ; Olhar para si mesmo e se reconhecer como sujeito protagonista da própria história, não é uma conquista fácil. As relações de opressão entre as margens e os centros, simbólicos e territoriais, repercutem a lógica da colonização que sobreviveu ao longo de séculos, a colonialidade. Neste Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso, refletimos sobre as potencialidades da comunicação em um movimento de emancipação social, a partir de produções financiadas pela Lei de Emergência Cultural Aldir Blanc, durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Para tanto, analisamos, sob a ótica das teorias decoloniais e das emergentes do sul global, produtos culturais que representam alguns dos segmentos sociais historicamente afetados pela colonialidade: indígenas, negros e a comunidade LGBTQIA+.
