      A presente investigação teve como propósito apresentar as bases teóricas e práticas de um modelo específico de formação de professores – a Formação Ativa – que permita a integração pedagógica das tecnologias digitais e a inovação nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem e que, simultaneamente, contribua para o desenvolvimento profissional docente. Este modelo de formação, fundamentado em correntes pedagógicas identificadas, caracteriza-se por uma gestão flexível do processo formativo com utilização de metodologias e estratégias ativas de aprendizagem que potenciem a construção de competências dos professores e, em simultâneo, através de um processo de isomorfismo, a transferência de competências para os seus alunos. ; The present research aims to provide the theoretical and practical bases of a specific model of teacher training – the Active Formation – to allows the pedagogical integration of digital technologies and innovation in teaching and learning processes and that simultaneously contributes to the teacher professional development. This training model, based on identified pedagogical trends, characterized by flexible management of the educational process with the use of active learning methodologies and strategies that enhance the construction of teachers' skills and, at the same time through an isomorphic process, the transfer of skills to their students. Based on a qualitative approach, a research-action methodology was used in the empirical work, and exploratory studies, interview surveys and questionnaires were carried out to teachers and students of a given educational community, where it was implemented over a year, a set of three teacher training workshops. The results show a very positive perception on the part of teachers regarding the importance of the integration of digital technologies in an educational context.
