نبذة مختصرة : El enfrentamiento árabe-israelí sigue siendo un conflicto, con amplias repercusiones internacionales, cuya solución pacífica no se vislumbra a corto plazo. La intransigencia de ambas partes y la ineficacia de los foros diplomáticos mantienen pendiente esta cuestión. Se han cumplido 60 años desde la formación del Estado de Israel, una de las grandes victorias del sionismo. Esta ocupación condenó a miles de palestinos a vivir en campos de refugiados con la perpetua esperanza de poder regresar algún día a su patria. Desde entonces los intelectuales y literatos árabes, palestinos y no, a través del ensayo, de la literatura en prosa y en verso, o a través de la música, intentan que el drama palestino sea conocido y entendido por el resto de la comunidad internacional. ; The Arab-Israeli conflict continues being a clash of interests which has had so far widespread international repercussions. It should be mentioned that there is still no sign of a pacific solution to this problem in a short term. The unyielding attitude of both parts as well as the inefficiency of diplomatic forum are the causes for this question to be still unresolved. It has already been 60 years since the creation of the State of Israel, one of the great victories of Zionism. This occupation condemned thousands of Palestinians to live in refugee camps with the only and perpetual hope of returning to their homeland one day. From then onwards both Arabs and Palestinians intellectuals and writers have tried to use their essays, prose, poetry and even their music to make the Palestinian drama widely known and understood by the rest of the international community. ; peerReviewed
