      This article emphasizes the stages experienced in the discipline Supervised II - the Children conducted by Education: Josimayre Figueredo Araújo Cavalcante, Faculty of Education student at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, half 2016.1. Concretized in Creche Ednólia Melo Chamber, in Nova Cruz RN, in the V level class, under the direction of Professor: Lima Oliveira Maria do Socorro in 2015.1. This academic stage was the initial approach of professional practice that intern search in early childhood education, observation and study of children in everyday to faculty and students in their educational realities by the objective of knowing and experiencing the reality of the school environment; challenges, possibilities, aspirations and overcoming the experience of stage II - early childhood education which until recently was thought archaically not need investment, training and skills for their practice; made her rethink. The teaching and learning in this educational segment and its realization had as theoretical contributions to experiences of this experience, and all bibliographical apparatus that will be cited in the bibliography. Traineeship is always a challenging task, as it requires the students, beyond the domain of pedagogical skills, commitment to ethical values. This internship experience gave notice that a teacher who aims to help build solidarity and cooperative citizens should cultivate concern for the ethical dimension translating beyond the concrete daily life of the institution, fulfilling well their education contextualizing the teaching practice with the theoretical knowledge studied in Faculty of Education in Distance Education. The aim was to deepen the importance of vocational training which is declared in need of educational and methodological material such as games, games and dynamics.
