نبذة مختصرة : The purpose of this research is to investigate the participation and contributions of the Academic Center of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Ouro Preto to the “IV National Meeting of Pharmacy Students” in Goiás (IV ENEF - 1980). During the military dictatorship, students from Minas Gerais expressed and recorded their ideas about pharmaceutical education in Brazil, discussing the impacts of the University Reform at the time, the importance of the student movement, the need to value culture and art, among other topics. The text developed by the students had the objective of instructing and disseminating convictions and ideals to the entire academic community participating in the fourth edition of ENEF, an event that took place in the city of Goiânia, on the premises of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Using historical research methodology, the analysis of this 1980 document made it possible to identify the main concerns and concerns of the event participants. Corroborating that the pharmaceutical group from Ouro Preto brought up fighting words; defending artistic freedom, interceding in favor of public/free education and the permanence of students at university encouraged the community participating in the event to fight the military dictatorship. ; El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la participación y aportes del Centro Académico de la Facultad de Farmacia de Ouro Preto al “IV Encuentro Nacional de Estudiantes de Farmacia” en Goiás (IV ENEF - 1980). Durante la dictadura militar, estudiantes de Minas Gerais expresaron y registraron sus ideas sobre la educación farmacéutica en Brasil, discutiendo los impactos de la Reforma Universitaria en la época, la importancia del movimiento estudiantil, la necesidad de valorar la cultura y el arte, entre otros temas.
