      Presentation made as part of a webinar on the future of the nursing profession in Belgium. This presentation takes up the evolutions of the nursing professional landscape of the last 10 years and the current evolutions. The author describes the preparatory work for the harmonization of specializations and the introduction of the advanced practice nurse. This work was carried out within the Task Force of the Ministry of Public Health and identifies probable developments. ; Présentation réalisée dans le cadre d'un webinaire sur l'avenir de la profession infirmière en Belgique. Cette présentation reprend les évolutions du paysage professionnel infirmier des 10 dernières années et les évolutions en cours. L'auteur décrit le travail préparatoire d'harmonisation des spécialisations et d'introduction de l'infirmier de pratique avancée. Ve travail a été réalisé au sein de la Task Force du ministère de la santé publiqueet balise les évolutions probables.
