نبذة مختصرة : After COVID-19, everyone can now understand the concept of working from home. It is common knowledge that working from home allows for flexible hours and a work-life balance. The article looks at the concept of working from home and the difficulties we currently encounter. The future working model will be based on a hybrid work from home model, which is approved by many companies. Employees are willing to take pay cuts but not the previous working model, even if the company is willing to give an additional salary. The largest potential for remote work is in the financial and insurance. Although there have been changes to several norms and regulations relating to work from home, they are still not sufficient for the working models of the future because they are not intended to be permanent and are not beneficial over the long term. Unfixed norms and regulations will have long-term negative effects on both the employee and the firm. Home offices are a novel idea that emerged when work from home policies were accepted, providing opportunities for several industries. When we adopted the work from home paradigm, technology innovation was accepted more quickly. Employees with additional technical knowledge are valued more than those with greater experience. Technology improvement is a prerequisite for carrying out work-from-home tasks.
