Has been published Ndre Mjeda-8 under the scientific view of the author Mentor Quku, who is dedicated to fundamental research in recent years and the publication of papers and scientific work of our well-known author. Who is Mentor Quku? He was born in Korca on January 20, 1939. In June 1954 completed outstandingly the pedagogical high school “Shejnaze Juka” of Shkodra, in 1957 completed the High Pedagogical Institute in Tirana, while in 1963 the University of Tirana in Faculty of Natural Sciences.
