Scientifi c justifi cation for the need for implementation and active use of the enterprise’s fi nancial stability assessment based on simulation models of analysis the indicators of public joint stock company “National a joint-stock company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” that will allow to make the projection and increase the effi ciency of gas and oil refi ning industries. One of the most important tasks in branch of projection the enterprise’s development is an assessment of its fi nancial stability, carried out on the base of scientifi cally well-grounded models, because fi rst of all this indicator is a factor of organizational and economic development of the enterprise. The practical use of those appropriate simulation models and estimation techniques creates the basis for competent and eff ective management decisions. Conditions of the enterprise are the most clearly described by the universal discriminatory function. The use of universal discriminant function makes it possible signifi cantly simplify the analysis of fi nancial stability, accurately estimate the fi nancial status of the enterprise, that’s why it is taken as the basis for construction the complex algorithm estimating the fi nancial stability based on simulation modeling. The purpose of the article. Nowadays, in conditions of modern economy the survival, the economic entity and its economic potential largely depend on the eff ectiveness of innovation, so it is important to take into account the impact of this factor when conducting a predictive analysis of the impact of these economic potential components for the expected results of economic activity. After all, the stability of its activities in longlasting outlook is one of the most important characteristics of the enterprise’s fi nancial condition. For its achievementthe management of the enterprise should pay a great attention onstrategic planning, which is based on a complex analysis of the economic potential.Presentation of the main material. The purpose of the article is to suggest systematic approach to modeling and assessing the fi nancial stability of the enterprise, based on an imitation modeland also assessing fi nancial sustainability public joint stock company “National a joint-stock company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”. Conclusion. This article analyzes the fi nancial indicators of public joint stock company “National a joint-stock company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”. We suggest a systematic approach of modeling and estimation fi nancial stability of the enterprise, based on the Altman model, conducted adaptation of this model with the help of Simulink software works under the control of MatLab. The results of factor analysis of the enterprise’s profi t are presented in this article. We also off er the method for analyzing the impact of key factors for changing the profi t of the enterprise in the article. ; На основе имитационной модели анализа показателей публичного акционерного общества «Национальная акционерная компания «Нафтогаз Украины» исследованы необходимость внедрения и активного использования оценки финансовой устойчивостипредприятия, что позволит осуществить прогноз и повысить эффективность газовой и нефтеперерабатывающей отраслей. Определено, что одной из важнейших задач в области прогнозирования тенденций развития предприятия является оценка его финансовой устойчивости, осуществляемая на основе научно обоснованных моделей, так как этот показатель, в первую очередь, является фактором организационного и экономического развития предприятия. Анализ практического применения соответствующих имитационных моделей и методик оценки создает основу для принятия грамотных и эффективных управленческих решений. Доказано, что использование универсальной дискриминантной функции дает возможность существенно упростить анализ финансовой устойчивости, однозначно оценить финансовое состояние предприятия, поэтому именно она принимается за основу для построения комплексного алгоритма оценки финансовой устойчивости, основанного на имитационном моделировании. ; На основі імітаційної моделі аналізу показників публічного акціонерного товариства «Національна акціонерна компанія «Нафтогаз України» (ПАТ «Національна акціонерна компанія «Нафтогаз України») досліджено необхідність запровадження й активного використання оцінки фінансової стійкості підприємства, що дозволить здійснити прогноз і підвищити ефективність газової та нафтопереробної галузей. Визначено, що одним з найважливіших завдань у галузі прогнозування тенденцій розвитку підприємства є оцінка його фінансової стійкості, здійснювана на основі науково обґрунтованих моделей, оскільки саме цей показник, у першу чергу, є фактором організаційного й економічного розвитку підприємства. Аналіз практичного застосування відповідних імітаційних моделей і методик оцінки створює основу для прийняття грамотних та ефективних управлінських рішень. Доведено, що використання універсальної дискримінантної функції дає можливість істотно спростити аналіз фінансової стійкості, однозначно оцінити фінансовий стан підприємства, тому саме вона береться за основу для побудови комплексного алгоритму оцінки фінансової стійкості, заснованого на імітаційному моделюванні.
