نبذة مختصرة : The production process of bottled drinking water (AMDK) can make this product classified as risky and prune to contamination, so it must be monitored. In the clean water and sanitation sector AMDK subject to many risks, including institutional risk, organizational risk and operational risk. However, risk management methods and tools have not been widely used as part of the policies and strategies of drinking water companies in Indonesia, especially at PT. XY. PT. XY needs to address several efforts to control production process risks so that it can establish risk policies, build risk processing structures, anticipate and minimize the impact of risks on a sustainable basis. The aim of this research is to identify, analyze and assess production risks at PT. XY which is engaged in the production of AMDK. Drinks that are suitable for consumption must be free from physical, chemical and biological hazards, clean and have sufficient mineral content. In this research, the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) which is a risk mapping method is used to analyze risks based on probability and impact using the Probability Impact Matrix. This method can provide recommendations for determining risk mitigation strategies as well as supervision and monitoring as managerial implications in managing risk. The research results show that PT. XY faces various levels of risk in the raw water production and AMDK distribution processes. There are 4 activities (20%) in the company that have high risk, 9 activities (45%) medium risk, 3 activities (15%) low risk, and 4 activities (20%) very low risk. Companies need to focus on improving production, distribution and storage processes to reduce the impact of identified risks.
