نبذة مختصرة : Government decisions need to adapt to the global dynamics of sustainability; this is a preeminent need. In this sense, the relevance of Reverse Logistics, applied to the destination of goods at the end of life, is evident. In Brazil, this movement is called undoing in the Public Administration and to reduce bureaucracy in processes and innovate, Doações Gov.br (formerly Reuse) stands out, a computerized system for this purpose. Therefore, for this research, federal universities in Brazil were delimited, as they are na environment conducive to solutions aiming to understand how decisions are made regarding undoing, based on the use of this system. Defining itself as qualitative, documental, and descriptive research, using benchmarking and achieving results, the system is legal, efficient, but is still underused. ; As decisões governamentais precisam adaptar-se à dinâmica mundial de sustentabilidade, essa é uma necessidade preeminente. Nesse sentido, evidencia-se a relevância da Logística Reversa, aplicada à destinação dos bens no fim de vida. No Brasil, tal movimentação denomina-se, na Administração Pública, desfazimento e no sentido de desburocratizar os processos e inovar, destaca-se o Doações Gov.br (antigo Reuse), um sistema informatizado para este fim. Deste modo, para esta pesquisa, delimitaram-se as universidades federais do Brasil, por serem ambiente propício a soluções, objetivando-se compreender como as decisões são tomadas quanto ao desfazimento, a partir do uso desse sistema. Definindo-se como uma pesquisa do tipo qualitativa, documental e descritiva, utilizando-se debenchmarking e alcançando-se como resultados: o sistema é legal, eficiente, porém ainda é subutilizado.
