沖縄産魚毒植物成分の研究〔1〕 イジュ(Schima liukiuensis NAKAI)樹皮サボニンの魚毒作用並びに溶血作用 ; Studies on the Components of the Plants on Okinawa which give Poisonous Effect on Fish.……(1) - On the poisonous effect on fresh-water fish and hemolysis effect of the saponin of IJU(Schima liukiuensis NAKAI).-

After extracting saponin from bast of Iju which grows on Okinawa,We measured its poisonous effect on fish and its hemolysis effect.The results are as follows.\n1) The dry bast contains 0.03 per-cent of pure Iju saponin,and ultimate analysis reveals that it contains 3.12 per-cent of ashes.\n2) No hemolysis effect is observed in the extracted solution,but the purer the saponin becomes the stronger is the hemolysis effect of the solution.\n3)As the poisonous effect on fish,the extracted solution is strong.The solution diluted to one thousandth bring the fish to death in 60minutes,and the effect decreases as the solution is purified.\nThese results show that the pure-Iju-saponin has strong hemolysis effect,and it may be used as an effective Sputum remedy(expectorant). ; 紀要論文 ; http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501
