Teaching, Research and Extension: Inseparability or Interlocution? ; Docencia, investigación y extensión: ¿inseparabilidad o diálogo? ; Ensino, pesquisa e extensão: indissociabilidade ou interlocução?

The Brazilian Constitution affirms that dialogue between the University and the community takes place through the inseparability of teaching, research and extension. The objective of the research was to verify whether the relationship between the triad is inseparability or interlocution. 8 institutions participated, offering a total of 256 courses. A documented analysis of 116 research projects was obtained. Only 12.9% of these established themselves as inseparable and all in the areas of Health and Education. Through bibliographic research, it was noticed that the formation of the University had an interlocutive character. In the management, there is a pro-rector for each area, seeking the interlocution. The notices of the research funding agencies also discriminate the areas. Looking at the 2448 Higher Education Institutions in Brazil, 87.9% are unobligated to do research and extension, recognition of the interlocution by the Federal Government itself. Therefore, interlocution between the triad seems to be the process that moves Higher Education. ; La Constitución brasileña establece que el diálogo entre la Universidad y la comunidad se realiza a través de la inseparabilidad de la docencia, la investigación y la extensión. El objetivo de la investigación fue verificar si la relación entre la tríada es de inseparabilidad o de interlocución. Participaron ocho instituciones, ofreciendo un total de 256 cursos. Se obtuvo un análisis documentado de 116 proyectos de investigación. Sólo el 12,9% de estos eran inseparables y todos en las áreas de Salud y Educación. A través de la investigación bibliográfica, se percibió que la formación de la Universidad tuvo un carácter interlocutorio. En la gestión, existe un pro-rector por cada área, promoviendo el diálogo. Los informes públicos de las agencias de financiación de la investigación también desglosan las áreas.
