      Pulling into Suquamish and getting ready for the rack up, the canoe full of pullers await their turn to request permission to land at Suquamish. ; Images in this collection document the Nisqually Indian Tribe's participation in the Tribal Canoe Journeys, an annual celebration of canoe culture by Coast Salish peoples from British Columbia, Oregon, and Washington. In 2006, the event was known as the "Paddle to Muckleshoot" (at Auburn, WA), hosted by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe.
