Research aim: To find out different rehabilitation programs effectiveness by evaluating pain level, the subjective function of joint and muscle strength for patients suffering from front knee pain. Research tasks: 1. To evaluate indicators of knee function (isokinetic extension and flexion strength, pain, function scale results of lower limb) and their changes during rehabilitation for patients performing muscle stretching, strengthening and stretching - strengthening exercises. 2. To evaluate indicators of knee function (isokinetic extension and flexion strength, pain, function scale results of lower limb) and their changes during rehabilitation for patients performing muscle strengthening exercises. 3. To evaluate indicators of knee function (isokinetic extension and flexion strength, pain, function scale results of lower limb) and their changes during rehabilitation for patients performing muscle stretching exercises. 4. To analyze and compare gathered data between patients who executed different rehabilitation programs and evaluate effectiveness of different rehabilitation programs. Research methods: Prospective research will be performed using 2015/2016 year data collected by KK Sports medicine clinic from patients who applied for patella pain. Patients are researched by Biodex device, the strength of legs, level of pain when moving, subjective knee joint function is evaluated. After by evaluating results, exercises are appointed. One group of patients is appointed with muscle strengthening exercises, the second is given muscle stretching exercises, the third is appointed with muscle stretching and strengthening exercises. After a couple of months patients are being research for a second time by Biodex device, strength and changes are being evaluated.
