      U ovom diplomskom radu proučavani su razni matematički zadatci koji su utjecali na razvoj matematike. Raspoređeni su prema granama matematike: aritmeitka i algebra, teorija brojeva, analiza, geometrija, kombinatorika, vjerojatnost i teorija grafova. U svakom je poglavlju opisano više poznatih matematičkih zadataka, uz odgovarajuće povijesne bilješke. ; In this thesis, we describe various mathematical problems that influenced the development of mathematics. The problems are organised according to the corresponding branch of mathematics: arithmetic and algebra, number theory, analysis, geometry, combinatorics, probability and graph theory. In each chapter several corresponding problems are described, alongside historical notes on each.
