Rehabilitación de vivienda en calle Talega nº17 de Algimia de Almonacid (Castellón)

[ES] Consiste en el proyecto de rehabilitación de una vivienda unifamiliar del siglo XIX, ubicada en el municipio castellonense de Algimia de Almonacid. El objetivo del proyecto es adaptar la vivienda a las exigencias actuales, adaptando para su uso como vivienda, espacios que anteriormente no lo permitían y poniendo en valor sus elementos más representativos: arcos de piedra y viguería de madera, dentro de las limitaciones que impone la morfología del propio edificio. Para la consecución del objetivo se soluciona la patología existente y se integran en la vivienda la planta baja (uso anterior “corral”) y la planta segunda (uso anterior “cambra-almacén”). Se plantean tres fases de actuación: demolición, rehabilitación y reforma. ; [EN] It consists of the project of rehabilitation of a single-family housing of the 19th century, located of Algimia de Almonacid, from Castellón province. The aim of the project is to adapt the housing to the current requirements, adapting for its use as housing, spaces that previously were not allowing it and putting in value his more representative elements: arches of stone and beams of wood, inside the limitations that there imposes the morphology of the own building. For the attainment of the aim the existing pathology is solved and there join the housing the ground floor (previous use "farmyard") and the second plant (previous use "store"). Three phases of action appear: demolition, rehabilitation and reform. The images contained in the present work, has been realized by the own author.
