نبذة مختصرة : Communication between professionals of the Family Health Program (PSF) - inserted in the Unified Health System - SUS, andtheir patients who live in vulnerable regions and face precarious conditions of daily living, is a very challenging issue. Thinking ofcommunication strategies in the face of so many technologies in the 21st century seems to be simple, and soon there are severalpossibilities. Data transmission technologies are always being improved, allowing the Internet to reach ever higher speeds. Ourcommunication, which already crosses borders never thought of by our ancestors, currently takes place in a matter of seconds.This facility benefits us by enabling the optimization of our time and providing us with a better quality of life. The following essayis a reflection on who has access to these technologies and how the initial communication occurs in the Family Health Program,in a country with so many social inequalities. Most SUS patients live in vulnerable regions where the precariousness of daily livingconditions is visible to the eyes.
