Relatório realizado na Universidade da Beira Interior submetido como requesito para a obtenção do grau de mestre (2º ciclo) em Psicologia

A presente dissertação surge no âmbito do ciclo de estudos conducente a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Psicologia. Com ela pretendo apresentar e demonstrar as competências adquiridas ao longo de toda formação académica e principalmente do 5º ano do curso de Psicologia Escolar e da Educação, sendo este o ano em que efectuei Estágio Curricular e também em que desenvolvi o Seminário de Investigação e também de Intervenção. Desta forma, nas páginas que se seguem apresento as competências de avaliação e intervenção desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio curricular que realizei no GAAF da Escola EB 2,3 de S. Silvestre em protocolo com o Instituto de Apoio à Criança (IAC) no ano lectivo de 2007/2008, sendo que nestas apresento teoricamente fundamentados casos específicos que integram avaliação e intervenção no contexto escolar. Apresento ainda as competências de investigação adquiridas ao realizar o Seminário de Investigação com o tema “Importância do Desenvolvimento do Projecto Vocacional em Jovens Institucionalizados: Impacto das orientações para objectivos e dos padrões de identidade”, que inclui a delimitação de um objecto de estudo, selecção de metodologias, escolha da bibliografia mais pertinente para o estudo do tema, formulação hipóteses de estudo, aplicação dos instrumentos seleccionados para avaliar o impacto destas duas dimensões no desenvolvimento vocacional de jovens institucionalizados, sendo estes a “Escala de Orientação para Objectivos em Contextos de Realização” (adaptação portuguesa da “Personal Achievement Goal Orientations” do “Patterns of Adaptive Learning Scales” de Midgley et al., 2001) e a Escala de “Padrão Individual de Projectos” (adaptação portuguesa da “Grönningen Identity Development Scale” de H. Bosma) e por fim obter e analisar os resultados através de um estudo exploratório de natureza correlacional com 61 jovens de diferentes instituições do concelho de Coimbra. ; This dissertation comes out in the dominion of the cycle of studies that conduct to the acquisition of the degree of Master in Psychology. This intends to present and demonstrate the skills acquired over the entire academic formation and principally in the fifth year of the Psychology Educational course, being that the year where I made my Curricular Stage and too the Investigation and Intervention Seminary. This way, in the next pages I present the abilities of evaluation and mediation developed during the Curricular Stage performed by me in the GAAF of the School of second and third cycle of S. Silvestre in protocol with the Institute of the Child Support (IAC) in the school year of 2007/2008, where the presentation of specific cases theoretically based, as well as the exposition of respective evaluation and intervention in school context. I present too the research abilities developed in the realization of the Research Seminary with the theme “Importance of developing of the Vocational Project in young people institutionalized: Impact of the guidelines for goals and the standards of identity”, that include the demarcation of the object of study, selection of methodology, the choice of the bibliography more relevant for this research, the conception of one assumption of work, application of a selection instruments to evaluation the impact the two dimensions in vocational development in young people institutionalized, these being “ Scale of the guidelines for goals in contexts of achievement” (Portuguese adaptation of Personal Achievement Goal Orientations” in the “Patterns of Adaptive Learning Scales” by Midgley et al., 2001) and the “Scale of individual default of projects” (Portuguese adaptation of “Grönningen Identity Development Scale” by H. Bosma) and in the end get and analyze the results through the correlation study with 61 young people of the different institutions of the Coimbra city.
