This research paper presents a model implementation of a decentralized voting system for auditing decentralized projects and a comprehensive analysis of its various components. The study covers the use of smart contracts, security vulnerabilities, different voting systems, consensus mechanisms, zero-knowledge proofs, and techniques of randomization on the blockchain. The proposed model allows for a more efficient and transparent process for auditing projects in the decentralized finance space by allowing people who contribute to the pool of digital assets to participate in the auditing process and be rewarded or penalized based on their contributions. The incentivization mechanism encourages active participation and ensures that the outcome of the voting process is representative of the community's preferences. The main purpose of this model is to offer a solution for decentralized oversight in the crowdfunding process by using the crowd to evaluate the projects. The model takes care of consensus, rewards, and punishment logic, making sure that the decision-making process is fair. The paper provides a detailed understanding of the model's implementation on the Ethereum blockchain and its capabilities as well as the considerations that need to be taken into account while implementing and utilizing similar systems.
