      The Brazilian Printing Industry has contributed significantly to the socioeconomic progress of the country. Among the mechanisms of leverage of the competitiveness of the sector we highlight the improvement of the quality of processes and products as well as the reduction of costs. Quality is related to competitive differentials, which can generate customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, which is becoming more informed and demanding, causing companies to seek continuous quality improvement. Given this scenario, it is relevant to understand and use the tools of quality as well as analyze their effects in organizations, aiming to promote the continuous improvement of processes and results. In addition, it is important to note the efficiency of quality management, and how it has been reflecting on the company's competitiveness. In this context, the objective of this study is to application of quality management tools to reduce the losses in the offset printing sector in a printing company. In this research, it was sought to collect bibliographical information and research in loco through spreadsheets made available by the company, seeking to make the problem clearer, aiming at improving ideas, as far as exploratory research is concerned. It was also sought to deepen knowledge about the subject through secondary sources and follow-up of the process, seeking explanations and drawing priorities for the treatment of data related to the problem. In the results and discussions, it was possible to identify the causes of quality problems in the Offset printing process of the graphic company proposing possible solutions through the use of MASP (Analysis Method and Problem Solutions) together with the tools of quality, flowchart, histogram , pareto diagram, cause and effect diagram and 5W2H action plan.
