Voda sadrži mnoštvo mikroorganizama, no ukoliko u doticaj s njom dođu i oni patogeni uzrokuju niz bolesti. ; Water contains many microorganisms, but if those pathogens, come into contact with it, they cause a number of diseases. Since children are particularly at risk of water-related diseases, access to improved water sources can result in better health and thus better school attendance, with positive long-term consequences for their lives. Microbiological testing of water defines specific pathogenic organisms. The results of the research show that no specific corrective actions are needed at the water supply points of the school population because the water is not contaminated with illegal bacteria, and all samples meet the microbiological criteria.
