The participation of the leaders of the nobility in the work of educational institutions in Slobozhanshchyna

The article examines the role of noble corporate bodies of self-government in the province. It was determined that the leaders of the nobility not only actively participated in the implementation of reforms, but also continued to play an important role in the administrative and management life of the region. The influence of the local nobility on the processes of enlightenment in the Slobozhan region, in particular the opening of the university, is studied.
