У статті досліджено сутність фінансової стратегії та її роль в системі стратегічного управління підприємством. Здійснено обґрунтування її місця та значення в системі управління розвитком та економічною безпекою підприємства. Узагальнено та систематизовано підходи різних авторів до визначення поняття «фінансова стратегія підприємства». Розкрито особливості структури фінансової стратегії підприємства. Розглянуто основні цілі та склад кожного з компонентів фінансової стратегії підприємства. ; The essence of the financial strategy and its role in the system of strategic management of the enterprise are investigated in the article. The substantiation of its place and importance in the system of development management and economic security of the enterprise was carried out. The approaches of different authors to the definition of the concept of "financial strategy of the enterprise" are generalized and systematized. The features of the structure of the company’s financial strategy are disclosed. The main goals and composition of each component of the enterprise financial strategy are considered.
