ІНДИВІДУАЛЬНІСТЬ ЯК ЗНАЧУЩА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ОСОБИСТОСТІ СУЧАСНОГО ВЧИТЕЛЯ

The trend of humanization of education leads to the emergence of new, higher requirements for quality of future teachers professional training. This, in turn, allows to realize the significance of formational process of future teacher’s professional competence as a process of his professional individual change. The aim of the article is to study the problems of the development of the modern teacher's personality and individuality as one of its significant characteristics. The following methods have been used: general scientific (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction); methods of theoretical level (analysis of scientific, educational and methodical literature on the concepts of "personality" and "individuality", professional training of future teachers) and empirical level (pedagogical observation, conversation, study of the results of students' educational activities). For the effective doing work, the teacher first of all must be a person because only a person can train person. Personality is one of the significant characteristics of a particular individual. The specifics of teaching creative individuality lies in the fact that the teacher gets used not only to the students’ individual characteristics, but also to the basic pedagogical relationship related to personal identity of students. Personality is realized in the process of communication between people, so the personality of the individual and its characteristics determine human behavior and its relationship with the surrounding world. Personality features significantly transformed in terms of common substantive work and communication. Consequently, the individual personality of the teacher can be formed only in the pedagogical community, in the process of creative pedagogical interaction on the basis of which arises a new character of relations between subjects of educational process and develops a significant relation to the teaching profession.
Тенденція гуманізації освіти обумовлює появу нових, більш високих вимог до якості професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів. Для ефективного виконання своєї роботи, вчитель, перш за все, сам повинен бути особистістю. Метою статті є дослідження проблем розвитку особистості сучасного вчителя та індивідуальності як однієї із значущих його характеристик. У ході дослідження були застосовані такі методи: загальнонаукові (аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція); теоретичного рівня (аналіз наукової, навчальної та методичної літератури з питань розуміння понять «особистість» та «індивідуальність», професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів); емпіричного рівня (педагогічне спостереження, бесіди, вивчення результатів навчальної діяльності студентів). Особистість – це воєдино пов’язана сукупність внутрішніх умов, через які переломлюються всі зовнішні впливи; саме ці внутрішні умови і складають основу індивідуальності. Специфіка педагогічної творчої індивідуальності полягає у тому, що педагог вживається в основні педагогічні відносини, що направлені на особисту індивідуальність учнів, а не просто на їх індивідуальні особливості. Індивідуальність особистості педагога може бути сформована лише у педагогічному співтоваристві, в процесі творчої педагогічної взаємодії, на основі якої виникає новий характер взаємовідносин між суб’єктами освітнього процесу та розвивається досить значиме відношення до педагогічної професії. Розвитку професійно важливих якостей особистості майбутнього вчителя допомагає спеціально організоване навчання, в результаті якого формується як його професійна так і методична компетентності.
