Küreselleşme sürecinde KOBİ'lerin artan önemi ve Türkiye'de KOBİ'lere sağlanan desteklerin değerlendirilmesi

Gerçekte sanayi devrimiyle başlayan ve günümüze değin süregelen küreselleşme süreci ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel, politik ve daha birçok alanda hayatımızda etkisini hissettirmektedir. Sanayi devrimi ile başlayan bu süreç 1970'lerden sonra özellikle teknolojide ve bilimde yaşanan hızlı gelişmelerden ötürü daha da hız kazanmıştır.Küreselleşme sürecinde yaşanan köklü değişimler, öncelikle ekonomileri derinden etkilemiştir. Küresel ve büyük çapta işletmelerin artması ve bunların küresel boyutta ürün üretip satmaları nedeniyle, KOBİ'lerin büyük işletmeler ile mücadelesi ve onların karşısında ayakta kalması zorlu bir süreç halini almıştır.Ülkemiz ekonomisinde Küçük ve Orta Boyutlu İşletmeler hayati bir öneme sahiptir. Çünkü şu anda var olan ülkemiz işletmelerinin %90'ından fazlası Küçük ve Orta Boyutlu İşletmedir. Bu işletmelerin ekonomimize sağladığı istihdam ve gelişim azımsanamayacak ölçülerdedir. Ülkemiz ekonomisinde bu kadar önemli bir yere sahip olan KOBİ'lerin küreselleşme sürecinde ayakta kalması ülkemiz için çok önemli bir husustur.Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada, küreselleşme süreci ve bu sürecin ekonomik etkileri üzerinde durulmuş, KOBİ'ler ve KOBİ'lerin ekonomimiz açısından ne kadar önemli bir yere sahip olduğundan bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca KOBİ'lerin ayakta kalabilmesi için sağlanan KOBİ Destek Mekanizmaları ve bunların önemi üzerinde durulmuştur.
Actually began with the industrial revolution until today the ongoing process of globalization has affects an economic, social, cultural, political, and in many other areas of our lives. This process that began with the industrial revolution after the 1970?s, has been accelerated because of the serious developments in the field of science and technology.Radical changes in the process of globalization, has deeply influenced primarily economies. Due to increasing number of global enterprises and their production and sales in global market, struggle of SMEs with large enterprises and their survival has become a tough process.Small and Medium-sized enterprises in our country has a vital importance. Because there are currently more than 90% of our country's businesses are Small and Medium-sized enterprises. These enterprises provide employment and development of our economy is in dimensions that cannot be underestimated. Survival of SMEs in the process of globalization is an important issue for our country.In this context, this study focused on the globalization process and the economic impact of this process. It has been mentioned that SMEs and SMEs? importance for our economy. Also, it has been focused on SMEs? Stimulus which is provided for survival of SMEs.
