İş tasarım tekniklerinin çalışan performansı üzerine etkisi

In this thesis worked that; effects of job design techniques to the performance of employees and the productivity of them in the business environment are discussed. Focusing on definition of job design techniques and varieties of them, the effect of each techniques to the productivity of employees was examined. This hypothesis was tried to be explained by using questionnaires and getting concrete results.Keywords: Job Design Techniques, Job Analysis, Employee Performance
İş tasarım tekniklerinin çalışanların performansına, iş ortamındaki verimliliklerine olan etkisi ele alınmaktadır. İş tasarım tekniklerinin tanımı ve çeşitleri üzerinde durularak, belirtilen her bir tekniğin çalışanların verimliliğine olan etkisi irdelenmiştir.
