نبذة مختصرة : В статье рассмотрен механизм образования технологических платформ, цели и задачи их развития в контексте новой модели экономического роста национальной экономики. Применительно к инвестиционно-строительной сфере систематизированы задачи технологической платформы на ближайшую перспективу. Для этого предлагается использовать такие критерии, как степень приоритетности с точки зрения государства специализированных видов инвестиционно-строительной деятельности; доля рынка наукоемкой специализированной продукции, инициированной технологической платформой; состояние конкурентной строительной среды и ее ожидаемый уровень.
The article deals with the formation mechanism of technological platforms, the goals and objectives of their development in the context of a new economic growth model of national economy. The objectives of the technological platform as applied to the investment and construction sphere are systematized for a short term outlook with the use of the following proposed criteria: priority degree of the specialized types of investment and construction activities from the government point of view; market share of science-intensive specialized products initiated by the technology platform; state of competitive construction environment and its expected level.
