Актуальність забезпечення стійкого розвитку обумовлена подіями останніх років, що включають банкрутство великих корпорацій, угоди щодо партнерства та злиття, які не були підписані з огляду взаємний низький рівень довіри до потенційного партнера, відмова значної кількості споживачів купувати продукцію соціально-безвідповідальних компаній та бойкот таких компаній на світовому рівні. Виникає необхідність в проведенні оцінки рівня стійкості та визначенні необхідних інструментів для забезпечення балансу усіх складових розвитку підприємства. Метою роботи є обґрунтування заходів та напрямів забезпечення системи стійкого розвитку підприємства в умовах турбулентності зовнішнього середовища. Поставлена мета дослідження обумовила необхідність вирішення завдань: - розглянути сукупність наукових підходів до визначення сутності «стійкого розвитку», надати характеристику принципів його забезпечення; - виявити сучасні концепції управління стійким розвитком; - визначити основні методологічні підходи до оцінки стійкості діяльності промислового підприємства; - охарактеризувати передумови удосконалення управління стійким розвитком в умовах турбулентного середовища; - дослідити та надати опис наявної системи управління стійким розвитком досліджуваного підприємства; - оцінити стійкість діяльності підприємства та виявити основні проблемні аспекти розвитку; - сформувати стратегічні пропозиції та механізми щодо удосконалення системи управління стійким розвитком відповідно до визначених проблем; - визначити економічну доцільність впровадження розробленої стратегії для ПрАТ «Оболонь». Об’єктом дослідження є система управління стійким розвитком промислового підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, науково-методичні та практичні аспекти стійкого розвитку діяльності підприємства. Методи дослідження: системний підхід, методи групування та узагальнення, методи економічного аналізу та порівняння, графічний метод. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів. У магістерській роботі було запропоновано екологічний проєкт, що є частиною забезпечення системи управління стійким розвитком в умовах турбулентного середовища та несе інноваційну значущість для обраного підприємства. Також, дістало подальшого розвитку дослідження основ забезпечення сталого розвитку на промисловому підприємстві. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Розроблені в магістерській дисертації на здобуття ступеня магістра рекомендації та пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи управління стійким розвитком можуть бути використані на практиці вітчизняними промисловими підприємствами, стратегічний напрямок яких визначається впровадженням принципів сталого розвитку та його складових в свою діяльність. The relevance of ensuring sustainable development is due to recent events, including the bankruptcy of large corporations, partnership and merger agreements that were not signed due to the mutual low level of trust in a potential partner, the refusal of a significant number of consumers to buy products of socially irresponsible companies and a boycott of such companies on the worldwide level. There is a need to assess the level of sustainability and identify the necessary tools to ensure the balance of all components of enterprise development. The goal of the research is substantiation of the areas of sustainable development in an industrial enterprise in conditions of turbulent environment. The purpose of the study necessitated the solution of the following tasks: - consider a set of scientific approaches to defining the meaning of "sustainable development", describe the principles of its provision; - identify modern concepts of sustainable development management; - determine the main methodological approaches to assessing the sustainability of the industrial enterprise; - describe the preconditions for improving the management of sustainable development in conditions of turbulent environment; - investigate and provide a description of the existing management system for sustainable development of the researched enterprise; - assess the sustainability of the enterprise and identify the main problematic aspects of development; - form strategic proposals and mechanisms for improving the management system of sustainable development in accordance with the identified problems; - determine the economic expediency of implementing the developed strategy for PJSC «Obolon». The object of the research is the management system of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the research is theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical aspects of sustainable development of enterprise. Research methods: systematic approach, methods of grouping and generalization of results, methods of economic analysis and comparison, graphic modeling. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. In the master's thesis, an environmental project was proposed, which is part of the management system of sustainable development in a turbulent environment and has innovative significance for the selected company. Also, the study of the sustainable development basics at the industrial enterprise was further developed. The practical significance. The recommendations and proposals for improving the management system of sustainable development developed in the master's dissertation for a master's degree can be used in practice by domestic industrial enterprises, whose strategic direction is determined by the implementation of the principles of sustainable development and its components in their activities.
