نبذة مختصرة : Diplomska naloga obravnava odnose in komunikacijo med zaposlenimi na določenem oddelku, tako med podrejenimi kot tudi njihovimi nadrejenimi. Organizacijo sestavljajo zaposleni z različnimi osebnostnimi lastnostmi, motiviranostjo za delo, sposobnostmi, imajo različne interese in cilje. Večino svojega časa danes preživimo na delovnem mestu, zato smo prisiljeni komunicirati in delati z različnimi ljudmi. Prav zaradi teh različnosti se morajo zaposleni znati prilagajati drug drugemu, drug drugemu priznati drugačnost, se spoštovati in se sprejemati, če želijo vzpostaviti in ohranjati dobre in odkrite odnose. Menimo, da so za kakovosten proces dela v organizaciji potrebni dobri medsebojni odnosi. Kakšni so ti odnosi med njimi, se kaže preko komunikacije. Kakovostna komunikacija, strokovno usposobljen kader in prijetna delovna klima vodijo k humanim medsebojnim odnosom v organizaciji in posledično k uspešnemu poslovanju podjetja. Namen diplomske naloge je bil narediti raziskavo v podjetju, ki nam bo prikazala dejansko sliko o medosebnih odnosih med zaposlenimi, kakšna je komunikacija med njimi, ali na oddelku prihaja do konfliktov med sodelavci, kako se z nastalimi konflikti soočajo in kako jih rešujejo. Diplomska naloga z naslovom Medosebni odnosi v "Podjetju X" je sestavljena iz dveh delov, teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili medosebne odnose, komunikacijo in konflikte, v empiričnem delu pa smo na podlagi izvedenih anketnih vprašalnikov predstavili rezultate naše raziskave v podjetju. This work gives a description of the relations and communication between employees, their supervisors and subordinates in a certain section of a company. There is a wide variety of personal characteristics, motivation, abilities and interests among personnel. Nowadays the majority of working time is spent at the workplace, therefore we are forced to communicate and cooperate with people around us. Despite these differences, employees are given no choice but to learn to cope with one another in order to maintain a healthy and friendly working environment. Good interpersonal relations are of crucial importance in establishing a high quality working process. These relations are presented through communication. Quality communication, professional personnel and pleasant working environment result in humane interpersonal relations and consequently lead to higher efficiency and successful business. The aim of this work was to get an insight into interpersonal relations of company employees, communication between them, possible conflicts, and the ways in which conflicts are resolved. The diploma thesis Interpersonal Relations in 'Company X' consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part defines interpersonal relations, communication and conflicts, whereas the empirical part presents the results of the questionnaire carried out among company employees.
