نبذة مختصرة : 研修後には授業でも使えることをねらい、小学校の授業でも実施可能な動物の解剖、ヒトの体の理解につながる動物の解剖、実験材料の提供環境の構築という観点から、ブタの内臓を使用した「動物の解剖」をテーマにした教員研修講座の事例を報告している。とりわけ、解体され食用として市販されているブタの内臓をある程度つながったまま入手することにより、観察のポイントを絞り、殺生という視点を排除した解剖実験ができることを示している。また、ブタの内臓は秋田県食肉公社に依頼し、入手することにより、必要な部位を安価に確保できる連携関係を構築できることを示している。さらに、受講者へのアンケート調査から、研修講座における実験観察を通して、実物あるいはそれを元に作成した映像や写真等を授業に活かしたいと考える受講者が６割を越えていることを示し、研修講座が効果的であったことを指摘している。
We report about the case of a study on a Dissection experiment of using the Dismantled Viscera of pig of In-service Teacher Training Course. We aim to use the result of In-service Teacher Training Course for elementary school science lesson. We thought about next three points. (1) It's possible to use for the elementary school science lessen. (2) It’s linked to understanding about human body. (3) Application of experiments materials. We show it’s possible to dissect the Dismantled Viscera of pig without killing animals, with using units of the Dismantled Viscera of pig. We made the relation with Public corporation of carnivorous in Akita, Prefecture to get a low price. We did the questionnaire to teachers about the result of In-service Teacher Training Cource. Sixty percent of teachers said to apply the resurts of In-service Teacher Training Cource. They are thinking about to apply the real thing, and the picture of the Dismantled Viscera of pig. It’s mean that In-service Teacher Training Cource was effective.
