Characteristics of the Subject Matter education that Lead to Goals in Analog Games

Research on education using games has received much attention in recent years. Studies have shown that thinking about game strategy has a positive impact on "motivation" and "thinking skills". Prior research has analyzed analog games about subject matter education to extract and classify "the factors of strategy that lead to goals in learning games". The purpose of this study is to identify differences in the factors of strategy that lead to goals in learning games based on the characteristics of the subject matter. More specifically, the factors of strategy that lead to goals are divided into subject matter and classifications, and are shown using residual analysis. The results of the analysis using residual analysis showed differences by subject matter. However, a lack of understanding of the factors of strategy that lead to goals due to a lack of understanding of the game itself was indicated as an issue. 近年，ゲームを利用した教育について注目が集まっている．これまでの研究により，ゲームの戦略を考察することによって，動機付けと考える力に良い影響を与えることがわかっている．村川(2022)の中で，教科教育に関するアナログゲームを対象とし，ゲーム内での「目的達成の確率を高める方略や知識，能力，技能など（p.53）」（以下，攻略要素）を抽出・分類している．本研究ではそれを受け，教科間の攻略要素の違いについて明らかにすることを目的とする．具体的に，攻略要素を教科と分類に分け，残差分析を利用して示す．結果，教科による違いを示すことができた一方で，そのゲームへの理解不足による攻略要素の浅さが課題として示された．
