Editorial: O fascínio do conhecimento do Direito Processual Penal na era do 'protagonismo jurisdicional' e da comunicação científica digital

Several sectors of today´s knowledge are marked by characters that grow, exhort, modify. It considers the reciprocal influences between Criminal Procedure Law, word quality and interpretation; academia, transmission of knowledge and technological advance. These are just a few of the intersections that permeate and determine today the whole system, whose connections and intersecting spaces are constantly changing. This editorial is based on the conviction that the subject of the Criminal Procedure can not contain in itself all that is necessary for the jurist, and also that the effects of the typical transformations of our times must not be ignored. In this context, therefore, the question asked points to the role played by the academy, the researcher and the publisher in relation to their own responsibility in the production and diffusion of scientific knowledge.
Vários setores do conhecimento hoje são marcados por caracteres que crescem, exortam, modificam. Considera-se os recíprocos influxos entre Direito Processual Penal, qualidade da palavra e interpretação; academia, transmissão do saber e avanço tecnológico. Essas são somente algumas das junções que permeiam e determinam hoje todo o sistema, cujos nexos e os espaços de interseção estão em constante modificação. Este editorial parte da convicção de que a matéria do Processo Penal não pode conter em si mesma tudo aquilo que é necessário ao jurista, não podendo ignorar-se os efeitos das transformações típicas dos nossos tempos. Diante desse cenário, portanto, questiona-se qual a função exercida pela academia, pelo pesquisador e pelo editor em relação à própria responsabilidade na produção e difusão do conhecimento científico.
