نبذة مختصرة : El objetivo de este artículo es compendiar las políticas gubernamentales argentinas referidas a las consecuencias de la violencia política desplegada entre los años 1960 y 1980 y analizar la capacidad gubernamental actual para imponer representaciones sociales sobre un período de la historia argentina altamente politizado. De esta forma procuramos dar cuenta de cómo en Argentina -a través de un discurso centrado en los derechos humanos- se intenta construir confraternidad entre los ciudadanos luego del fratricidio ejecutado por el gobierno dictatorial entre 1976 y 1983. The aim of this article is to summarize the argentinian governmental policies referred to the consequences of the political violence opened between the years 19601980 and to analyze the governmental current aptitude to impose social representations about a period of the argentine history highly politicized. That way we get to realize how the argentine government tries to construct confraternity among the citizens after the fratricide executed by the dictatorial government between 1976 and 1983 across a speech centered on human rights.
