O processo de institucionalização e regulamentação de artes marciais orientais no Brasil

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo descrever o processo histórico da regulamentação das artes marciais orientais no Brasil e sua relação com a Educação Física. A estruturação no âmbito educativo define o ensino das lutas de forma abrangente buscando uma aproximação do tema com a Educação Física escolar, definindo diversas manifestações com o mesmo conceito. No âmbito legislativo brasileiro a questão não foi regulamentada, apenas alguns parâmetros foram estabelecidos. Concluímos que a institucionalização das artes marciais orientais no Brasil ainda não ocorreu de forma concreta, que a mesma se encontra em processo, e que o anseio por essa institucionalização se dá em busca da legitimação da prática marcial.ABSTRACT. The process of institutionalization and regulation of oriental martial arts in Brazil. The present work aimed to describe the historical process of the regulation of oriental martial arts in Brazil and its relation with Physical Education. The foundation in the educational scope defines the teaching of the combats comprehensively seeking an approximation of the theme with the Physical Education in the scholar environment. The matter has not yet received, in the legislation ambit, a proper regulation, and in terms of regulation, only a few parameters had been draw. We conclude that the institutionalization of oriental martial arts in Brazil has not yet occurred in fact, remanding still, an ongoing process, the desire for this institutionalization occurs in the search for the legitimation of martial practice.
